The booking process is simple and personalized to make sure we're the right fit: • Video Consultation: We start with a video call to discuss the details of your wedding and understand your vision. • Customization: Based on our conversation, we'll craft a bespoke package tailored to your needs. • Contract: Once everything looks perfect, we send over a contract for review and signature. • Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to officially secure your date. • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due within 7 days after the wedding, unless you prefer paying in full beforehand. The exact timeline depends on factors such as the number of photographers, the duration of your event, and the complexity of post-production. We also send a "sneak peek" shortly after the wedding so you have a few beautiful moments to enjoy right away.

We take the safety of your memories very seriously. Immediately after the wedding, we back up all images to multiple hard drives. Within the next day, everything is also uploaded to secure cloud storage. This dual-layered backup system ensures your photos exist in multiple locations and are fully protected from any form of data loss.
